Refund policy

As a retailer of handcrafted, perishable food items, Lusso Chocolates is unable to accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately upon receiving your delivery — we’re here to help.

A brief explanation of the issue
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

If the issue is found valid, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the affected items. We do not offer monetary refunds.

Please note:

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
All our products are prepared and packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
In the case of damage during transit, Lusso Chocolattes cannot be held liable once the product has left our facility.
No returns or refunds are offered for differences in colour or appearance, as product visuals may vary slightly due to screen settings or display resolution.
Each chocolate is handcrafted by artisans. Slight variations in shape, finish, or colour are natural and not considered defects.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, as each product is made fresh to order. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify the order under any circumstances.
Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days.
To request a cancellation, please email contact@lussochocolates.com with your order details.
Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit only, issued once cancellation is confirmed.
