At Lusso Chocolate, every product is handcrafted in small batches at our Central Kitchen in Pune, using the finest ingredients and thoughtful techniques. From our studio to your doorstep, we aim to ensure that each order arrives in its best form — elegant, fresh, and ready to be savoured
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to select pincodes across India. To check availability, please use the pincode checker available on each product page.
Order Processing Timelines

Minimum preparation time: 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping timelines vary by location and delivery method.
Shipping Methods & Durations

Local Delivery (Mumbai Only): Delivered within the next business day (Monday to Saturday).

Standard Domestic Delivery: Takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Studio Pick-up (Mumbai Only): Available 3–5 hours after order confirmation. Confirmation will be sent via call or email.

Note: We do not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays. Please factor in additional days around major festivals.
Studio Pick-Up Details
Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
Orders can be collected from our central kitchen at:

You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Large Orders
For orders above 20 pieces, extended preparation and delivery times may apply. You will receive a timeline confirmation via email or call after placing your order. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate for smooth coordination.

We partner with reliable courier services to ship across India.

Delivery agents will make three attempts before returning the package to us.
No refunds will be issued for:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Refusal to accept the package

Unavailability at the time of delivery
If your order is a gift, please inform the recipient in advance and ensure the address and contact details are accurate.
Product Care & Storage
Our chocolates are heat-sensitive and should be stored in a cool, ambient environment. If your product has softened in transit, simply refrigerate it for 30 minutes before opening.
Please note:
Despite our best efforts in packaging, we cannot guarantee against melting, especially during warm weather. No replacements will be issued for this.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives:

If found valid, we will issue a store credit for the affected items. Monetary refunds are not offered.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

Approved cancellations will be refunded via store credit only, issued after confirmation.

All products are handmade by artisans, so minor variations in shape or appearance are part of their unique charm and not considered defects.
